What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

• Partner with client designers & product owners to deliver production-ready solutions.

• Lead technical engagements — from requirement analysis and design to development and testing.

• Architect, coach, and review solutions that drive real business outcomes.

• Re-design critical services for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Review code, enforce quality, and provide technical mentorship to the team.

• Provide high-level architecture design, create SDDs, and support Thingworx systems.

• Continuously deliver enhancements while troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring technical standards are upheld.

What You Bring (Your Edge)

✔ 7+ years in software development, with 4+ years as a Tech Lead or Solution Architect.
✔ Strong experience in .NET full stack, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Thingworx.
✔ 2+ years’ hands-on with Azure, AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization.
✔ Deep skills in SQL Server, MySQL, MQ Messaging.
✔ Proven leadership in Agile / Scaled Agile environments (3+ years).
✔ Excellent communicator — able to bridge business needs with technical execution.
✔ Strong system design expertise with focus on security, performance & scalability.
✔ Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent).
