What You’ll Do

Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Prepare and maintain clear project documentation & deliverables (e.g. Initial Process Assessment, Process Complexity Assessment).

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–6 years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst
✔ Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation
✔ Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
✔ Able to thrive in fast-moving, project-based environments
