We’re looking for an SAP S/4 Finance Central Finance (CFIN) Functional Consultant to lead the design, build, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for one of the region’s leading oil & gas enterprises.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex financial processes into seamless, scalable SAP solutions — and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, finance, and strategy.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance applications, focusing on Central Finance (CFIN).

• Act as the primary SME and key decision-maker across cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to align system design with business and financial objectives.

• Develop and implement optimization strategies for SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and related modules.

• Provide guidance and training to team members in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.

• Build, test, and validate software configurations to ensure quality and compliance.

• Support release planning and deployment into production environments.

• Stay current with SAP innovations and best practices to continuously enhance business value.

🧠 What You Bring

✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience
✔ Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN)
✔ Strong proficiency in:

• SAP FI General Ledger (mandatory)

• SAP S/4HANA Finance (highly recommended)

• R2R, AP, and AR (advantageous)
  ✔ At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
  ✔ Experience in Oil & Gas industry preferred
  ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
