We’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Lead Architect Specialist — a hands-on expert who can design, implement, and secure large-scale M365 environments.
If you live and breathe Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender, and Purview, and you understand how they fit together in a zero-trust world — this is the challenge built for you.
What You’ll Do

Design and lead enterprise-level Microsoft 365 architecture and integrations.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — identity management, SSO, MFA, and conditional access.

Oversee Exchange Online / Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive implementations.

Architect and manage Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for secure device management.

Strengthen security with the Defender Suite (M365 Defender, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud Apps).

Implement Microsoft Purview for compliance, DLP, and eDiscovery.

(Bonus) Utilize Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to enhance workflow automation.

Integrate Microsoft Sentinel / SIEM for advanced monitoring and incident response.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect / Specialist
✔ Deep technical knowledge across Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and Exchange Online
✔ Strong grasp of compliance, security, and governance frameworks (Purview, DLP, eDiscovery)
✔ Hands-on experience in hybrid cloud and on-prem integration
✔ Strategic mindset with strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
✔ Excellent communication and documentation ability
