What You’ll Do (Your Mission)

• Report directly to the Manager of Security Technology & Project Delivery, driving high-stakes cybersecurity programs.

• Lead the full lifecycle of security-focused projects — scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution.

• Recommend, implement, and future-proof security strategies and technologies against evolving threats.

• Research and apply strategic control measures to strengthen resilience and ensure compliance with IT security policies, industry standards, and regulations.

• Provide critical off-hours support during key rollouts or escalations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regulators, and vendors to deliver secure, sustainable solutions.

What You Bring (Your Edge)

✔ Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent).
✔ 7–10 years of proven experience leading large-scale IT security projects.
✔ Hands-on experience implementing security devices & products in enterprise environments.
✔ Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, PDPA, PCI DSS, and BNM RMiT frameworks.
✔ Strong track record with SIEM, XDR, PAM, Cloud Security, and enterprise-grade upgrades.
✔ Ability to lead cross-functional teams with authority, clarity, and confidence.
✔ Bilingual (English & Bahasa Malaysia) with strong reporting and presentation skills.
✔ Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance) is a major plus.
