💼 What You’ll Lead & Do

• Guide a team of developers in designing, building, and deploying microservices in .NET and Azure

• Write, review, and refine high-performance .NET/C# code

• Design resilient, secure, and scalable software systems

• Troubleshoot issues and own the full lifecycle of fixes and optimizations

• Implement unit testing, code quality automation, and modern dev practices

• Architect Azure-based solutions using:

  • Azure Function Apps

  • Application Config & Key Vault

  • Cosmos DB, Redis, Service Bus

  • Azure Blob & Table Storage

  • App Insights for real-time monitoring

• Collaborate with Agile teams and offshore delivery groups to maintain platform reliability and performance

🧠 What You Bring

✅ 8–10 years in software development with strong .NET & Azure hands-on experience
✅ Proven ability to lead and mentor developers
✅ Deep experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
✅ Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
✅ Fluency with Agile methodology, sprints, and CI/CD practices
✅ Passion for code quality, clean design, and scalable architecture
