🚀 What You’ll Lead:

Delivery oversight of Cardlink-based systems, loyalty & rewards apps, and high-volume transactional platforms

Ownership of legacy technologies: COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, CACS

Platform governance across WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere, Tomcat
-
Cross-functional team collaboration — from development to DevOps and QA

Issue resolution, performance optimization, and end-to-end delivery assurance
🛠 Must-Have Skills:

Cardlink system expertise
-
COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, CACS

App server experience: WebLogic, JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere

Loyalty & rewards platform understanding

Minimum 10–12 years experience in delivery and legacy systems management
