🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

Hunt and engage top talent across platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and online tools

Connect with existing and new clients to build strong, long-term business relationships

Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing

Manage your own sales pipeline and recruitment targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Handle candidate care, admin, and database management

Thrive in a supportive, collaborative team that wins together
👀 What We’re Looking For:

Thai nationality 🇹🇭

Diploma/Degree in any field

2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally with agency exposure

Strong sales mindset—you enjoy the chase and love making placements

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

A team player with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
