If you understand how materials flow in a manufacturing plant and know how to translate that into SAP MM configurations, we want you to lead the next phase of this national-scale transformation.
You’ll be hands-on with a full-cycle SAP implementation and play a critical role in optimizing procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes that keep the plant running.
🛠 What You’ll Do:

Participate in Blueprint workshops, define to-be processes & document gaps
-
Handle SAP MM configurations, conversions, testing & trial migrations
-
Develop functional specs for RICEFW development
-
Define cutover strategies, execute trial runs, and support Go-Live
-
Support UAT, month-end closing, and post-implementation stabilization
-
Conduct key user and end-user training
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple plant sites
✅ What You Bring:

2–5 years of SAP MM experience with at least 1 full implementation
-
Strong knowledge of procurement, material management, and plant processes
-
Experience with discrete manufacturing environments is a big plus
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
Bonus: knowledge of plantation industry operations
