🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Draft clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRD)

Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to validate problem statements and business goals

Write and manage User Stories in Agile frameworks

Guide offshore development teams to ensure accurate understanding and delivery

Conduct validations post-development and testing to ensure outcomes meet business needs

Participate in Sprint Grooming and validate sprint outputs

Contribute to risk identification and create mitigation plans

Own the accuracy of technical write-ups and documentation
✅ What You Bring to the Table:

Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Insurance, or related field

Experience in Oil & Gas or BFSI industries

Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to align technical deliverables with business objectives

Experience working in Agile teams and writing comprehensive user stories
