🔍 What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain Linux-based apps across RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka

• Troubleshoot middleware and DB issues (Oracle/MySQL)

• Own incident management and ensure speedy recovery with minimal downtime

• Optimize Unix shell scripts and SQL queries for better performance

• Collaborate with Dev and Infra teams to deploy patches and improve system health

• Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability

🧩 What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application support & infrastructure maintenance

• Deep proficiency in Unix shell scripting, SQL, and middleware troubleshooting

• Experience with JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka

• Understanding of incident/change management and monitoring tools

• Problem-solving mindset and calmness under pressure
