We’re looking for an AI Bot Designer to join our Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe. You'll work alongside contact center innovators, engineers, and visionaries to build voice and chat bots that truly deliver — powered by the best of NLU, generative AI, and business strategy.
🎯 What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end technical projects to scale voice/chatbot solutions

Train and optimize NLU models and voice/chat flows across platforms
-
Integrate third-party APIs and new features to elevate customer experience
-
Collaborate with implementation squads to ensure smooth delivery
-
Drive innovation in use cases like FAQ systems, Copilot tools, text summarization
-
Create and maintain documentation, design guidelines, and user journeys
-
Contribute to solution profitability with sharp business and risk strategies
🛠 What You Bring:
✅ Strong experience designing and developing chat + voice bots
✅ Deep understanding of NLU training, bot analytics, and generative AI applications
✅ Proficiency with Cognigy, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow or similar CAI platforms
✅ Integration know-how for third-party systems and cloud APIs
✅ Skilled in Python, NodeJS, JavaScript
✅ Great at translating technical ideas into human-first conversational flows
✅ Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
✅ Collaborative mindset with top-notch problem-solving skills
