🎯 What You’ll Own & Lead

✅ Conduct deep-dive discovery & health assessments on current network environments
✅ Evaluate performance, security posture, and bottlenecks across on-prem/cloud
✅ Design brand-agnostic to-be architecture that’s secure, resilient, and scalable
✅ Build detailed roadmaps, network diagrams, and phased transition plans
✅ Communicate tech solutions in clear, business-aligned language
✅ Provide expert troubleshooting and stakeholder confidence during transitions
✅ Stay ahead of trends: SD-WAN, network virtualization, zero trust, and more

👤 What You Bring

• 5+ years in senior networking roles (Consultant / Architect / Engineer)

• Deep mastery of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP

• Experienced across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, virtual networks

• Able to balance security, performance, and scalability

• Skilled in Microsoft Visio for diagramming complex architectures

• Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical and project leadership abilities

• Certifications preferred: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIE, or equivalent

🛠️ Bonus Skills

• Experience with cloud network overlays (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Exposure to SIEM platforms and network threat modeling

• Passion for delivering vendor-agnostic, unbiased recommendations

• Hands-on with performance monitoring and configuration analysis tools
