We’re hiring a Full Stack AWS Lead Developer to spearhead cross-functional development efforts and architect web solutions that not only work — but wow.
🧱 What You’ll Be Driving
✅ Collaborate with Back-End, Front-End, UI/UX, and Product teams across agile sprints
✅ Architect scalable solutions using NodeJS, ExpressJS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and AWS tools
✅ Lead code reviews and enforce high standards across a reusable codebase
✅ Design back-end systems optimized for speed, performance, and security
✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless, one-click deployments
✅ Mentor junior developers and cultivate a team of builders
✅ Drive SCRUM ceremonies and agile best practices across projects
✅ Explore new features, tech stacks, and solutions that elevate the user experience
🧠 What You Bring to the Table
✔ 8+ years of experience in back-end development (front-end experience = a big bonus)
✔ Hands-on with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB
✔ Solid in Git, testable code practices, and deployment workflows
✔ Experience leading agile teams and SCRUM ceremonies
✔ Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to speak both design and dev
✔ Fluent in NodeJS, ReactJS, and modern CI/CD pipelines
✔ Strong communication skills and passion for continuous improvement
✔ The mindset of a builder, mentor, and visionary
