We're hiring a proactive, cloud-savvy Database Administrator to manage mission-critical databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Azure environments. You’ll ensure data integrity, high availability, security, and performance in dynamic on-prem and cloud infrastructures.
This is not a monitoring role. This is for DBAs who solve problems before they surface, automate everything, and optimize at scale.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Administer, monitor, and optimize Oracle & PostgreSQL databases
-
Manage cloud-native databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Aurora, etc.)
-
Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
-
Tune queries, indexes, and performance bottlenecks
-
Support CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with DevOps teams
-
Enforce data governance, access controls, and security policies
-
Automate and monitor using OEM, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and more
-
Own documentation, SOPs, and continuous improvement
✅ You’ll Succeed If You Have:

5+ years as a DBA (Oracle & PostgreSQL mastery required)

Hands-on with cloud DBs – AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Aurora
-
Experience with SQL scripting, Linux shell, and DevOps pipelines

Familiarity with tools like AWS DMS, Azure Database Migration Service

Strong grasp of performance tuning, high availability, and DR
-
Bonus: NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), Docker/Kubernetes, Oracle/Microsoft/AWS certifications
