🔧 What You’ll Own
✔️ Architect secure, scalable Microsoft 365 collaboration environments
✔️ Lead strategy for Teams voice, messaging, Exchange, and SharePoint
✔️ Design frameworks that enhance adoption, automation, and change readiness
✔️ Implement security, compliance, and governance policies
✔️ Integrate third-party tools and streamline cross-platform workflows
✔️ Act as a trusted advisor to both IT leaders and end-users
💡 What You Bring
🎯 5+ years in Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and deployment
🗂 Proficiency in Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and compliance controls
📚 Strong grasp of change management, user training, and enablement
🤝 Confidence leading stakeholder conversations and cross-team workshops
💡 Empathy for the end user — design with people in mind
🎓 Certifications That Matter
✅ Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
