• Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers

• Plan and manage backend development efforts from end to end

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 6–10+ years Java backend experience

• Strong command of Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST, SQL/PLSQL

• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native design

• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Jira, Jenkins

• Ability to write technical specs, unit tests, and plan sprints

• Strong leadership in team management and resource planning

• Skilled at gap analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
