We’re seeking a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with deep expertise in technical and functional development within SAP PM, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector. You’ll be responsible for ensuring robust maintenance systems, from configuration through testing and deployment, aligned with enterprise-level requirements.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end SAP PM module implementation and enhancements

Document functional specs and technical design to meet high-level and regulatory standards

Manage quality assurance and readiness for handover to production

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure alignment of SAP PM with business needs

Apply advanced troubleshooting and solution design across maintenance modules

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and testing protocols
✅ Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and Oil & Gas industries

Proven track record in at least 3 full SAP lifecycle projects, with 2 years in support

Strong understanding of SAP PM processes including work orders, maintenance planning, and equipment records

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with business and technical teams

Solid documentation, testing, and release management capabilities
