We’re hiring a Senior SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead and oversee complex, end-to-end SAP projects in the Oil & Gas sector. This role requires a strategic thinker and experienced leader capable of shaping architecture, driving quality, and ensuring seamless project integration from test to deployment.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and guide SAP FICO solutions across diverse modules

Provide technical direction and mentorship to consultants and senior team members

Ensure quality assurance and compliance with enterprise architecture standards

Lead and monitor activities from testing through deployment across SAP and Non-SAP systems

Maintain full project documentation aligned with business and regulatory standards

Enforce rigorous testing and deployment protocols for all deliverables

Act as the principal authority on architecture and integration for high-stakes projects
✅ Requirements

12+ years of SAP experience, with strong exposure in the Oil & Gas industry

Led 10+ full SAP project lifecycles and provided 5+ years of SAP support

Proven leadership managing mid to large-scale teams and enterprise deployments

In-depth expertise across multiple SAP modules
