✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
✔ 6+ years in ServiceNow implementation & platform management
✔ ServiceNow certifications (Certified Admin or Application Developer) preferred
✔ Strong command of ITIL & ITSM processes
✔ Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST/SOAP, Powershell
✔ Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, & Microsoft SQL
✔ Agile mindset (SCRUM experience)
✔ Great problem-solving, communication & prioritization skills
✔ Good English — plus curiosity & eagerness to tackle new tech topics!
