• Lead and coach QA engineers across automation, performance, and functional testing

• Oversee test reporting, defect triaging, and resolution

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate QA early into the SDLC

• Evaluate and implement modern test automation tools and platforms

📌 You’ll Excel If You Have:

• Proven leadership experience in QA or Test Automation within enterprise or financial systems

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, TestNG, Jenkins

• A strategic mindset with the ability to scale QA across squads and releases

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Great communication, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills

• Bonus: Familiarity with regulatory testing in banking or fintech
