🛠️ What You’ll Handle:

Provide Level 1 / 1.5 support for Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) networks
-
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, SIP Voice systems
-
Support firewall hardening, vulnerability patching, and incident response
-
Assist in network documentation, audits, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
-
Work with load balancers, SD-WAN, ACI fabric, Zscaler, DHCP/IPAM, and proxy tech
-
Support regional offices and escalate issues to managed service providers
🎓 Requirements:
-
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronic Engineering
-
Network certification is a strong advantage (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.)

3+ years in LAN/WAN support, preferably in a vendor or DC environment
-
Familiar with structured cabling, SDN, VPN, and centralized AAA systems
-
Confident communicator with problem-solving & documentation skills
