🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on field service & helpdesk support via MS Teams, email & phone

  • Log & track issues per ITIL best practices (Incident, Change, Problem)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SLA, ensuring user satisfaction

  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support teams

  • Work on IT projects, service requests, and security incident management

  • Engage with vendors and coordinate CRs (change requests)

  • Create RCA reports & IT documentation when required

  • Step in as backup for SD Team Lead when needed


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

  • ITIL Foundation / CompTIA A+ preferred

  • Microsoft certifications are an advantage

  • 2–3+ years experience in Helpdesk/Field Support roles

  • Familiar with ticketing systems and MNC work culture

  • Willingness to work shifts (if required)


💼 Must-Have Skills:

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Fast learner, analytical, and able to multitask

  • Proactive in managing escalations & priority tickets

  • Comfortable working independently under pressure
