🚨 Lead event, incident, and capacity operations with proper escalation
📊 Build cloud dashboards to visualize system health & performance
🔧 Operate cloud tools (e.g., monitoring, tagging, operational scripts)
⚙️ Automate tasks using Python, Shell, or IaC tools (Terraform, CFN)
🤝 Provide L1–L2 services under ITSM framework; collaborate on troubleshooting
📈 Submit routine operational reports to cloud leadership & stakeholders
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
✔ 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ in IT operations & 2+ years in GCP/AWS
✔ Hands-on skills in:
• Cloud (GCP, AWS)
• Networking (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewall)
• OS (Linux, Windows Server)
• Programming (Python, Shell)
• Git/GitHub/Subversion
• IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
✔ Strong understanding of incident/problem management frameworks
✔ Cloud certifications are a big plus:
• Google Cloud Architect Professional
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
• AWS Advanced Networking
✔ Bonus: ITIL Certification or knowledge of IT service frameworks
