💼 What You’ll Own & Deliver
🔁 Lead enterprise-wide Agile and DevOps transformation programs
🧠 Coach 2–4 Agile teams with in-depth guidance on frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
🛠 Facilitate agile maturity assessments, agile ways of working, and stakeholder training
📈 Translate business strategy into scalable tech enablement & team performance
🏗 Define operating models, delivery frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps
🤝 Collaborate with clients to modernize IT processes and adopt automation tools
💡 Conduct Design Thinking workshops and promote innovation culture
🎯 What You Bring to the Table
✔ Bachelor's Degree (MBA from Tier-1 college preferred)
✔ 6–8 years of consulting or tech strategy experience, managing multi-disciplinary teams
✔ Proven success in Agile transformation, DevOps roadmap delivery, and architecture redesign
✔ Mastery of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP, SAP Activate
✔ Hands-on experience with Agile/DevOps tools and automation ecosystems
✔ Comfortable coaching C-suite to tech teams with compelling communication
✔ Track record of delivering large, complex transformation programs
✔ Strong knowledge across digital/IT trends and their real-world applications
✔ Ability to shape go-to-market propositions, assets, and thought leadership
