🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Project Initiation & Planning

• Define scope, build steering committees & develop business cases

• Lead contract reviews, vendor negotiations, and SOW finalizations

• Design and execute end-to-end delivery plans with timelines and risk strategies

Execution & Delivery Oversight

• Drive day-to-day project lifecycle from design to UAT

• Oversee vendor delivery, quality assurance, and IT compliance (SDLC standards)

• Provide actionable reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and technical interdependencies

• Ensure timely delivery from vendors, resolve project blockers, and conduct audit remediation

🧠 Must-Have Skills:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in Business Management / IT

• 🎯 6–8 years of project management with enterprise-level IT systems

• 🛠 PMP or PRINCE2 certified (preferred)

• 🤝 Proven leadership in delivering banking/financial IT systems

• 🛠 Tools: Microsoft Project or similar PM platforms

• 🔐 Compliance familiarity with audit, governance, and risk controls
