🛠️ What You'll Do:
✅ Enable secure deployments of M365 workloads: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune
✅ Guide clients in using Microsoft Defender, Purview, E5 Compliance, and security tools
✅ Assist with identity protection, device management, and hybrid work enablement
✅ Deliver partner workshops, readiness sessions, and best practice playbooks
✅ Drive Microsoft 365 adoption and governance excellence
🎓 You Should Bring:
✔️ 4+ years in Microsoft 365 support, admin, or consulting roles
✔️ Solid knowledge of MEM/Intune, Azure AD, Zero Trust, and compliance tools
✔️ Strong fluency in Japanese (spoken & written)
✔️ Preferred certifications: MS-102, SC-300, MD-102
✔️ Excellent communicator, trainer, and solution architect
