🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Wintel cloud and server infrastructure

Oversee system upgrades, patching, migrations, and optimization
-
Ensure secure and stable operation of all Windows-based systems

Handle storage allocation, backups, and recovery planning
-
Collaborate with project teams on infrastructure changes and maintenance
-
Monitor system health and report potential risks proactively
-
Participate in disaster recovery exercises within the insurance group
-
Maintain accurate system documentation and historical records
-
Provide performance reports (load, uptime, disk usage, etc.)
-
Ensure full compliance with audit, data secrecy, and security standards

Supervise 3rd-party vendors on-site during data center access
🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

3–4 years of hands-on Wintel system administration experience
-
Solid knowledge in capacity planning, system tuning & patching
-
Competency in Windows OS, services, and storage management
-
Familiar with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V)
-
Certification in Wintel administration is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified)
-
Strong awareness of compliance standards and secure IT operations
