💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer OpenShift clusters across production, DR, and development environments
-
Oversee infrastructure, container orchestration, and performance tuning on Kubernetes
-
Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance of scalable OpenShift environments
-
Implement secure configurations including RBAC, authentication, and patching
-
Integrate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible
-
Monitor system performance via Prometheus, Grafana, and fine-tune for high availability
-
Automate deployment, scaling, and backups using Helm, Ansible, and Git
-
Ensure platform compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks (MAS, SGX, etc.)
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including devs, QA, and IT operations
-
Act as Level 2 support and provide technical documentation & platform improvement strategies
🧩 Who You Are
✅ Must-Have Technical Skills:
-
10+ years in OpenShift/Kubernetes/DevOps roles
-
Certified Red Hat OpenShift Administrator
-
Mastery in Docker, Linux (RHEL/Oracle Linux), systemd, SELinux, and firewalld
-
Hands-on with Helm, Git, Ansible, Satellite, and Prometheus/Grafana
-
Familiarity with Istio, Jaeger, cloud-native patterns, and container networking
-
CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline (AWS)
-
Platform architecture understanding across AWS, GCP, Azure, and VMware
-
Deep knowledge of DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and persistent storage in OpenShift
🎓 Education & Certifications:

Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering

Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (Required)
