Are you a SAP PP Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects? We're looking for someone ready to step into a client-facing role supporting blueprinting, configuration, testing, and training for large-scale SAP solutions. Experience in the plantation or manufacturing sector is highly desirable 🌿

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct SAP Blueprint workshops and document To-Be processes

Identify process gaps and conversion objects
-
Configure and unit test SAP PP module settings
-
Define and test cutover, conversion, and deployment strategies
-
Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects
-
Create test scenarios, UAT scripts, and training documentation
-
Support user access, authorizations, and roles
-
Deliver key user and end-user training sessions
-
Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution & assist month-end closings

Collaborate across SAP teams to align integration points
✅ What We’re Looking For
-
2–5 years of SAP PP implementation experience
-
Delivered at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred (IT, Engineering, or related field)
-
Strong understanding of SAP SDLC and PP process flows
-
Bonus: Experience in plantation/manufacturing industries
-
Ability to prepare presentations, conduct workshops, and lead training
-
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
-
Proven ability to manage priorities, escalate issues, and meet delivery timelines
