🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🛠️ Database Design & Development
• Design, develop, and maintain MSSQL Server databases
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for large datasets
• Implement robust data models and relational database architecture
⚙️ Performance Optimization & ETL
• Perform query tuning and performance troubleshooting
• Develop ETL pipelines using SSIS and ensure data consistency and integrity
• Implement and manage data transformation and loading workflows
🔒 Security & Best Practices
• Ensure data security, compliance, and uptime through industry best practices
• Apply RDBMS principles and ensure high-availability setups
🤝 Team Collaboration & Support
• Partner with dev teams to integrate database solutions into applications
• Provide technical mentorship and support to colleagues
• Document systems and stay up to date with latest SQL and data tech trends
✅ Requirements:
✔️ 6+ years experience in MSSQL database development
✔️ Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning
✔️ Experience in SSIS and ETL pipeline architecture
✔️ Solid understanding of RDBMS, data modeling, and data warehouse principles
✔️ Familiarity with database security protocols and best practices
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
🔧 Good to Have:
➕ Knowledge of C# or .NET for integration
