🔧 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• 🧩 Develop and maintain Java applications using JSP, Servlets, Spring Boot, and J2EE

• 📄 Document technical designs and ensure alignment with business requirements

• 🛠️ Integrate secure APIs and handle cross-application communications without relying on third-party tools

• 💡 Monitor junior developers' work and uphold code quality

• 🧪 Collaborate on testing, deployment, and Agile ceremonies

• 🧭 Troubleshoot within JBOSS/Tomcat server environments

• 🤝 Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors

🧠 Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• Must-Haves:
  ✅ Java EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring Boot
  ✅ Oracle 11g / DB2 10+ for PLSQL
  ✅ Web Services, RESTful API, JSON
  ✅ JBOSS, Tomcat, Maven, CLI scripting

• Bonus Points:
  ➕ Experience in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Jira)
  ➕ Angular or frontend leadership exposure
  ➕ Insurance domain experience
