We’re looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead to help drive Workday implementation success by shaping clear, strategic messaging and engaging experiences for stakeholders across the organization.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and deliver engaging communications aligned to project milestones and user impacts

Design clear, concise content: emails, newsletters, FAQs, decks, and internal portal updates

Collaborate with change leads and functional teams to shape messaging strategy

Coordinate engagement activities like info sessions, town halls, and surveys
-
Manage digital channels and maintain change portals or collaboration hubs
-
Track communication impact using pulse checks, metrics, and feedback loops
-
Support training and enablement teams, ensuring messaging aligns with process shifts
✅ Who You Are
Must-Have Qualifications:
-
4–7 years of experience in communications, change enablement, or engagement strategy
-
Strong experience supporting ERP or Workday projects is a big plus
-
Proven skills in instructional design, LMS tools, or eLearning content
-
Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration abilities
-
Familiarity with Accenture’s change management or training frameworks is highly valued
