🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for AS400 Channels & EAI production systems

Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and system alerts

Automate deployments and manage configs using ALDON & DevOps pipelines

Monitor system logs, health checks, and transactional behaviors
-
Collaborate with dev teams for bug fixes, patching & enhancements
-
Support payment processing platforms to ensure seamless operations
-
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions

Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and upgrades
✅ Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in AS400, RPG, C, Java, DB2

Experience with DevOps workflows and ALDON deployment

Knowledge of payment processing systems in banking

Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

Understanding of incident, change, and problem management (ITIL)

Knowledge of core banking operations and transaction lifecycle
