📌 What You'll Do

• Develop, test & maintain robust Android applications

• Collaborate with designers, testers & backend engineers

• Optimize app performance, UI responsiveness & code quality

• Integrate third-party services via RESTful APIs

• Contribute to scalable app architecture and reusable codebase

• Stay updated with the latest Android tools, trends, and frameworks

• Ensure data security & compliance across all mobile features

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team sprints

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Kotlin and Java

• Strong experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Material Design

• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Familiar with Firebase, AWS, or other cloud platforms

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong in risk management, negotiation, and team motivation

• Bonus: Background in digital banking or Agile transformation

• Certification in Project Management or Agile is a plus
