As a Thunderhead Developer, you'll:

Document technical designs to match business specs

Build & reuse Thunderhead templates and reusable components

Ensure compliance with SDLC & coding standards

Troubleshoot, test, and maintain high-quality systems

Collaborate daily with frontend, backend, and cross-functional teams
-
Communicate with users, vendors, and internal stakeholders
🔧 You’ll Excel With
🎓 Education:

Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
💼 Experience:

3+ years in Reporting / Output Management
-
Leadership in guiding junior developers (for senior positions)
🛠️ Must-Have Skills:
✔️ Thunderhead Reporting Tool (MANDATORY)
✔️ Reporting tools: Jasper, Crystal Report
✔️ JSON, XML data formats
✔️ Component-based modular development
✔️ Manual & Jenkins-based deployments (Maven scripts)
✔️ Agile / SCRUM methodology
