🔧 Key Responsibilities

Document technical designs in line with project standards

Guide and review junior developers' code quality

Develop reusable Java components & support month-end processes

Lead backend/frontend collaboration across the full SDLC

Conduct feasibility studies & system requirement analysis

Troubleshoot, support operations, and drive code quality

Maintain documentation (technical manuals, user guides, SOPs)

Stay updated on emerging tech to improve systems
💼 You’ll Excel With
🎓 Education:

Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science / IT
💼 Experience:

7+ years in Java Web-Based Financial Applications

4+ years of hands-on Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, HTML5, CSS
-
Prior team leadership & system analyst experience
