We’re looking for a Resource Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinator with strong organizational and coordination skills to support full lifecycle onboarding and exit processes for new and departing resources. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Facilities, and Project teams to ensure a smooth experience across the board.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🗂️ Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees and contractors
💻 Work with IT teams for laptop provisioning, account setup, and deactivation
🏢 Facilitate building access, workspace assignments, and badge coordination
📣 Act as the liaison between HR, IT, and project teams to ensure timelines and checklists are met
🛠️ Track all activities using Excel, ServiceNow, JIRA, or equivalent ticketing systems
📋 Maintain clear and auditable documentation and tracking records
📨 Send timely status updates to stakeholders and follow up on open items
✅ What You’ll Bring:
🎓 3+ years’ experience in HR operations, resource coordination, or project support
🧠 Working knowledge of Citrix, Microsoft Teams, Access Management Systems
💻 Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
🗃️ Familiar with IT asset tracking and compliance processes
📢 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
🔄 Ability to juggle multiple requests, deadlines, and updates across teams
🧾 Experience with client-facing environments and handling sensitive data
