We’re seeking a REM Developer (Core Banking) to support and enhance local low-value, real-time, and cross-border payment solutions in a mission-critical financial platform. If you’re experienced in RPG programming on AS400, and passionate about scalable, secure, and high-performance banking systems — this role is for you.
π― Key Responsibilities:
πΈ Develop & maintain local bill payments and real-time payment solutions
π Implement and support cross-border payment functionality within the REM platform
π Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance & maintainability
π₯️ Work on AS400/DB2 systems to enhance core banking performance
π€ Collaborate with business & tech teams to deliver timely enhancements
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
π ️ Mandatory:

3–5 years of experience in RPG programming on AS400
-
Hands-on with local low-value and real-time payment systems
-
Experience in cross-border payment integration
-
Strong understanding of code review practices
π Good to Have:

Experience with remittance solutions
-
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines
-
Knowledge of ALDON (AS400 software deployment automation)
-
Exposure to ARCAD for software lifecycle management
