✅ Support SIT & UAT phases with precision
✅ Contribute to post-implementation reviews
✅ Document all enhancements accurately
✅ Guide junior developers and ensure code quality

💻 What You Bring

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field

💼 Experience:

• 5+ years in Life Insurance Core Systems or similar

• Experience leading or mentoring junior developers

🛠️ Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• PL/SQL

• Oracle APEX / Oracle Forms / Oracle Reports

• Oracle Database 18c+

• Oracle server environment & deployment troubleshooting

• Secure coding practices (without 3rd party tools)
