✅ You Should Have:

• 🎓 B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

• 📱 3+ years in mobile app development (React Native / Java / Kotlin)

• 🔧 Hands-on with Git, RESTful APIs, and mobile dev frameworks

• 💡 Experience with React Native (JavaScript) & React.js

• 🚀 Bonus: Flutter or digital banking platform experience
