🔧 Key Responsibilities

🌀 Ionic to Flutter Migration

• Lead end-to-end migration of Ionic apps to Flutter

• Optimize codebase & maintain cross-platform consistency

• Collaborate with design & product teams for smooth transitions

🚀 Flutter Development

• Build scalable, performant mobile apps for iOS & Android

• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend systems

• Write clean, modular, testable code in Dart

⚙️ CI/CD & DevOps

• Set up automated pipelines using GitLab, AWS, Docker

• Troubleshoot & optimize deployment workflows

• Ensure robust release processes

☁️ Cloud & Deployment

• Use AWS tools like S3, Lambda, API Gateway

• Ensure scalability & high availability

✅ Testing & Code Quality

• Write unit, widget, and integration tests

• Conduct code reviews & enforce mobile dev best practices

🧑‍🏫 Mentorship & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor junior developers

• Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams

🎯 You’ll Excel With

🧠 Experience:
✔️ 6+ years in mobile dev, 3+ years in Flutter
✔️ Solid background in Ionic + Angular and migrating apps
✔️ Deep knowledge of Flutter SDK, mobile architecture, and deployment

🛠️ Tech Stack:

• CI/CD: GitLab, AWS, Docker

• Cloud: AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway

• Version Control: Git

• Testing: Flutter unit/widget/integration tests

• Agile: Jira, Scrum/Kanban
