🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Implementation & Configuration:
• Set up and configure IBM Sterling Connect: Secure Proxy for secure data exchange
• Deploy and manage IBM Sterling Commerce to support business-critical file transfers
🖥️ System Management:
• Monitor performance and ensure high availability of Sterling applications
• Troubleshoot connectivity and file transfer issues efficiently
🔐 Security & Compliance:
• Enforce security best practices and compliance across all Sterling environments
• Manage access controls, encryption protocols, and secure user authentication
🔗 Integration & Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Sterling with enterprise systems
• Provide technical support and user training when needed
📄 Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain thorough documentation on configurations and procedures
• Deliver reports on performance, transfer logs, and security compliance
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
