We're seeking a Data Engineer with strong data science experience in the banking industry, particularly around AML (Anti-Money Laundering) models. If you’re passionate about building, testing, and deploying intelligent systems in H2O.AI or similar tools—this is your chance to impact real-world financial security.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧠 Lead and contribute to data science testing initiatives using H2O.AI or related platforms
📈 Perform machine learning model validation & testing to ensure predictive accuracy
🛡️ Conduct rigorous testing for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) applications
🪲 Track and manage defects using JIRA and other defect management tools
🤝 Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and compliance teams to validate models and data flows
✅ Requirements:
🔹 10+ years overall experience in IT/engineering
🔹 Minimum 5 years as a Data Science Engineer
🔹 Hands-on knowledge of H2O.AI or equivalent ML platforms
🔹 Strong understanding of machine learning model testing techniques
🔹 Experience in AML domain (must-have)
🔹 Skilled in JIRA and defect lifecycle management
🔹 Experience in consulting or banking projects is a plus
