Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users ✅

Maintain a growing knowledge base of features, systems, and journeys 🧾

🎓 What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Info Systems or equivalent 🎓

2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst 💼

Strong analytical & critical thinking skills 🧠

Ability to understand technical logic & systems integration 🔌

Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia 🗣️

Experience creating diagrams (flowcharts, use cases, etc.) 🧱
