🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

Build responsive, modern UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS / Material UI

Integrate with backend APIs (Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage)

Implement state management via Redux, Context API, or similar tools
-
Handle authentication via Azure AD (MSAL.js, OAuth2) and manage secure user roles
-
Collaborate with design, backend, and DevOps teams to ship complete, scalable features
-
Work on modules like Talent Management, Payroll, Leave, and Analytics Dashboards
-
Optimize app performance for large datasets (employee records, timesheets, resumes)
-
Write unit tests with Jest, ensure code quality with linting and reviews
-
Use Git, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to ship with confidence
🛠 Must-Have Skills

5+ years experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
-
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, component styling, and responsive design

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and Azure services (e.g., Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, API Management)

Familiar with MSAL / OAuth2 for authentication

Unit testing expertise (Jest, React Testing Library)

Agile/Scrum environment experience
