✔ Collaborate tightly with Dev, BA & QA teams to reproduce & eliminate defects
✔ Own test planning, regression cycles, integration testing & defect lifecycle
✔ Maintain clean test data, documentation & results

🔥 WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• 3+ years total QA experience, ideally with Insurance domain exposure

• Strong in STLC, QA methodologies & defect lifecycle

• Hands-on with Selenium, Appium and/or modern frameworks (Cypress, Playwright)

• Strong scripting in Java / Python / JavaScript / C#

• Experience with Jira, Xray, Postman

• Understanding of Agile, DevOps & CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of BDD frameworks

• Sharp analytical skills + obsession for detail

• Excellent communication in English

• Ability to lead your testing effort independently — no hand-holding
